CRESWELL, Ore. -- Two people are dead -- including a child -- in a horrific wreck on Interstate 5. Oregon State Police say it looks like an RV headed north near Creswell lost control for some reason, crossed the median and smashed into a passenger car. Crews on the scene confirm the child killed was in the car. There was another victim and investigators suspect he or she may have been a cyclist on the freeway, but the crash was so bad -- and there was so much debris -- crews had a hard time figuring out what happened.

This man is considered to be less of a threat to society than the two young men arrested in the car jackings. You can't be serious. This man killed two people including a five year old child because we was intoxicated. The two arrested in the car jackings did not hurt any one, or have a weapon. Are we seriously saying as a community that they are worst offenders than Mr. Whitaker? Mr. Whitakers bail is set as $890,000, the two young men arrested for the car jackings: Dustin Thorn & Shane Staggs bail is over $ 2 million each. They may be sentenced to more time than Mr. Whitaker. Has any one else noticed this, I don't see this as justice.
