EUGENE, Ore.--
Alot of happy parents walked out of Cesar Chavez Elementary School Saturday. It's "Toys for Tots" distribution day. The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, police, and fire agencies have been collecting toys for the past three months to be given to children in low income families for Christmas. Organizers say toy donations are extremely low and they're calling on the community to help out. They really need toys for Sunday, but will take donations up until Christmas. Items should be new, unwrapped gifts for children 14 and under. You can drop those off at any local fire station.
