EUGENE, Ore.--

A winter storm is wreaking havoc on Western Oregon. It's packing a punch with high winds and heavy rain. There's not just one storm, but two. KEZI 9 News Meteorologist Melissa Frey says these storms are rolling in back to back. There's a flood watch in parts of the Willamette Valley, a high surf warning on the coast, and high wind warning for most of Western Oregon.
