Thousands of people who once worked for RV maker monaco coach are hoping that monaco's new owners will help revive the coburg-based company.  A bankruptcy court judge has ruled that Monaco's main assets will soon belong to NaviStar.  Exactly what Illinois-based company will do with local Monaco facilities remains to be seen.
