LANE COUNTY, Ore. -- It used to be Hollywood studios made movies in their own backyards because it was cheaper and easier. But not anymore. In fact, Oregon has become the new playground of choice for filmmakers. But believe it or not, movie-making here had some very humble beginnings, involving no less than silent film star Buster Keaton.
