JUNCTION CITY, Ore.--  Guaranty Chevrolet says they knew beforehand they would not be on GM's list of dealerships who would not receive franchise renewals next year.
 
General Motors plans to close 1,100 franchises across the nation.  Because they are not releasing a public list like Chrysler, it's unknown how many Oregon dealerships will be affected.
 
Local dealerships, including Guaranty Chevrolet, Wentworth Buick, Brad's Chevrolet, and Kendall Chevrolet all say they did not receive the GM termination letters.  Springfield Buick declined to comment on whether or not they received the letter.
