ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Grooming by Linda B. is taking the lead in dog hair recycling in Douglas County. Shop owner, Linda Bruinsma, donates about 70 pounds of dog hair each month to the Matter of Trust charity in San Francisco. That organization collects hair from groomers and salons across the nation and weaves them into special mats to clean up oil spills.
