EUGENE, Ore. -- The girl-specific emergency shelter and residential program at Looking Glass Youth and Family Services serves 50-70 girls annually. Girls who come to ETC have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect and suffer mental health issues. Services are designed to help abuse victims escape dangerous environments, provide treatment to help victims to heal, and break the generational cycle of abuse.
