EUGENE, Ore. -- Kerry is very active and enjoys playing most games, basketball being the biggest passion. Kerry also enjoys kickball and playing video games. In addition, Kerry treasures the opportunities in which he is able to make crafts and cards to give his siblings. Kerry needs a family that will engage in his active personality, as he has been diagnosed with ADHD, Anxiety Disorder, and some learning disorders.
Rewards and consequences that are consistent, a structured routine, and an active lifestyle where kerry can use his energyy in a positive manner are all recommendations from his psuchological evaluation. Kerry sees his therapist weekly and it is recommended that he continue therapy for an unkown amount of time.
Openness with siblings will need to be considered because his sisters are a very important and stable part of his life. Kerry has been seperated from his sisters due to multiple foster care moves and behavior concerns. Kerrys behaviors have dramatically improved in his current foster placement and his foster parents report very positive feedback reagarding Kerry and his behavior.
Kerry will thrive in a home with other children because he likes the interaction and comfort of having brothers and sisters.
