Recipe
4 oz. smoked salmon
2 Tbls. Cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ lemon, sliced
½ tsp dried dill
Salt & pepper to taste
Place smoked salmon in food processor, and blend until smooth.
Mix in the cream, cream cheese, lemon slices, dill, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to serving dish and garnish with lemon slice and fresh dill.
