2.5 cups flour
1.5 cups water
1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon sea salt
Put water in mixing bowl, add the salt to water, once salt is dissolved add the yeast allow the yeast to hydrated 5 min.
Add the flour mix for 10 min. at low speed.
Then for two min. at speed # 2.
Knead and shape entire amount into a large bowl of dough and cover with a damp cloth for 30 min.
Weigh and shape dough balls 7-8 oz.
Turn finished dough balls in a light coating of flour and place in air tight container for a least 4 hour at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
