NORTH EUGENE, Ore. -- Production of the H1N1 vaccine is increasing across the nation. Yet local health officials still say only a select few will actually receive it right now. On Wednesday at Sheldon High School in North Eugene, swine flu vaccines will be given out to people considered to be priority cases.

Because much of the vaccine supply hasn't yet been distributed, health officials have to turn people away if they didn't fall into that priority category.

The priority group includes:
-Pregnant women
-People 6 months-24 years
-Caregivers for babies under 6 months
-People with chronic health conditions
-Health care workers
-Public safety officials

Once those people are vaccinated, the CDC will likely recommend immunization for the general population.
