LANE COUNTY, Ore. --Lane County Public Health has tentatively scheduled free walk-in H1N1 Community Clinics. These free walk-in clinics are tentative based on vaccine availability.

Health department officials say the H1N1 flu may continue to spread for some months to come. They say pandemic influenza often affects the community in waves. If you are not able to be immunized early, officials say a later H1N1 immunization still offers important protection for the months ahead.

For more information on Seasonal Flu and H1N1 is available on Lane County Public Health's flu line at 682-4181. The state has also established an H1N1 hotline at 1(800) 978-3040. The hotline is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
