Eugene, Ore. -- In 2006 a quiet neighborhood in Eugene was rocked by the news that a man was brutally murdered in the middle of the night.

The murder happened on Valentine's Day leading to many theories but no prime suspects. When Donald Williams was murdered on Valentine's Day the obvious question was, could it be someone he was romantically involved with?
