EUGENE, Ore. -- Randall Dean Lunt has not been seen since 2002 and Eugene Police are hoping you can help them track him down. For the past seven years, Det. Steve Williams has been filling boxes with evidence collected while investigating Lunt. Williams says Lunt has been involved in at least 100 cases of identity theft.
